What we collect
Business information you provide during onboarding (legal name, EIN, address, formation documents). Personal information about responsible parties (name, title, contact details, last 4 of SSN for ID verification). Usage data (logins, feature usage, IP addresses).
Why we collect it
To provide the platform, run KYB / AML checks, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Sub-processors
We use sub-processors for cloud hosting, payments, identity verification, and analytics. The current list is published in your account settings and updated when changes occur.
Security
SOC 2 Type II controls. Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Audit logs, role-based access, and SSO available on Growth and Enterprise plans.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information. Contact sales@zerocopyip.com.
Retention
We retain account data for the life of the account plus what's required by law. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
